Returns and Refunds
1. No refunds will be given on special orders or custom made orders.
Damaged Merchandise
1. All items will be shipped to you insured
2. You will be responsible for inspecting your item before you sign for it with the carrier. You must
report damage at the time of delivery to the carrier and to Shadez of Michelle. If there is damage, do not
accept the delivery. Send it back with the carrier.
3. No refund will be given until carrier processes the claim.
4. We apologize for the inconvenience, but your item is one of a kind and not replaceable.
Ordering
Purchasing Options
1. Click on Add to Cart or Purchase Item under the item you are interested in, and you will be directed to the shopping cart. For things listed on our Etsy site you will be directed to that item on
our Etsy site.
2. For Special Order items, Contact us concerning the item you are interested in and we will send you a PayPal invoice including tax and shipping charges.
Payment
1. Payments can be made through Our shopping cart or direct PayPal invoice.
2. Payments can be made through shadezofmichelle.etsy.com
Shipping Charges
1. Shipping charges will be calculated per shipping destination and will include insurance.
2. Shipping charges are automatically added to your Etsy purchase if you are a US resident.
3. Shipping charges will be added to your PayPal invoice if your shipping destination is out of the US.
International orders may incur additional taxes, duties, or customs fees at the time of delivery.
