Returns and Refunds
1. Contact Shadez of Michelle within 7 days of receipt.
2. Item must be returned in it's original condition and must be returned insured shipping.
3. Refund will be less 25% restocking fee plus all shipping, PayPal and or Etsy service charges.
4. No refunds will be given on special orders or custom orders.
Damaged Merchandise
1. All items will be shipped to you insured
2. You will be responsible for inspecting your item before you sign for it with the carrier. You must
report damage at the time of delivery to the carrier and to Shadez of Michelle. If there is damage, do not
accept the delivery. Send it back with the carrier.
3. No refund will be given until carrier processes the claim.
4. We apologize for the inconvenience, but your item is one of a kind and not replaceable.
Ordering
Purchasing Options
1. Click on PURCHASE ITEM under the item you are interested in and you will be directed to purchase through
our Etsy shopping cart.
2. Contact us concerning the item you are interested in and we will send you a PayPal invoice including shipping
charges.
3. Contact us concerning the item you are interested in and we will send you an invoice with shipping charges
included if you will be paying by Personal Check.
Payment
1. Payments can be made through PayPal invoice.
2. Payments can be made through shadezofmichelle.etsy.com
3. Personal checks written from United States citizens on United States Banks. Items will not be shipped until check clears. All other countries will pay through PayPal only.
Shipping Charges
1. Shipping charges will be calculated per shipping destination and will include insurance.
2. Shipping charges are automatically added to your Etsy purchase if you are a US resident.
3. Shipping charges will be added to your e-mail invoice if you are paying by personal check (US residents only).
4. Shipping charges will be added to your PayPal invoice if your shipping destination is out of the US.
